Now that I move on

Gradually I fail to fall in love so do my attempts to write poems It's not that they are connected, love and poetry you and me now and then. But they conjure,  haphazard evenings and revolting senses.  The void, that takes over like a weed looking for excess.

അങ്ങേര്‍ക്കെന്താ theory പാടില്ലേ ??

കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം കരുനഗപ്പളി വരെ ഒന്നും പോയി.തിരികെ പോരാന്‍  ബസ്‌ സ്റ്റോപ്പില്‍ എത്തി. ദൈവത്തിന്റെ സ്വന്തം നാട്ടിലെ ബസ്‌ സ്റ്റോപ്പ്‌ ആയതു കൊണ്ടാകാം മഴ പെയ്തിരുന്നതിനാല്‍ അവിടവിടങ്ങളില്‍ തീര്‍ഥ കുളങ്ങള്‍ കേട്ടികിടന്നു. ഒരു മുങ്ങി കുളി ഒഴിവാക്കി ചെളി വഴുവഴുക്കിലും ചവിട്ടാതെ ഒരടി തറ നിരപ്പ് കണ്ടിടത്ത് ഒരു വിധം നിലയുറപ്പിച്ചു. ബസുകള്‍ പലതും വന്നു പോയി. ബോര്‍ഡ്‌ നോക്കണം എങ്കില്‍ എത്തിവലിയണം.ചെളിയില്‍ വീണത്‌ തന്നെ! കഷ്ട്ടപെട്ടു കണ്ടെത്തിയ ഉണങ്ങിയ തറയില്‍ നിന്നു മാറാന്‍ തോന്നിയില്ല.മറ്റു പല കണ്ണുകളും ആ ഒരടി മണ്ണിനെ വലം വെക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. അങ്ങനെ ബോര്‍ഡുകള്‍ നോക്കി നില്‍ക്കുമ്പോ ഒരു വൃദ്ധന്‍ അടുത്തേക്ക് വന്നു.വലിയ ക്ഷീണമൊന്നും തോന്നുന്നില്ല.ഏതൊ കല്യാണ ചെക്കന്‍ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു പോയ കുപ്പായം. ഇളം മഞ്ഞ നിറത്തിലെ ഫുള്‍ കൈ ഷര്‍ട്ട്‌. മുണ്ട് മുഷിഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട്. മുഖത്ത് ഒരു കണ്ണാടി. അത്യാവശ്യം തലയെടുപ്പും. വയസന്‍ അടുത്തേക്ക്  നീങ്ങി നിന്നു. ഇതാരപ്പാ എന്ന് കരുതി ഞാന്‍ മുഖമുയര്‍ത്തി. പുള്ളി എന്നെ ഒന്ന് നോക്കി. എന്നിട്ട് ഖനമായി പറഞ്ഞു,...
